We all have goals that we dream of achieving. Perhaps they centre around improving our relationships, or developing certain qualities within ourselves? Or maybe you’re striving towards an academic achievement or more material goal – like finishing that novel you started four years ago, or finally getting your finances under control by kicking that eBay habit.
Whatever it is that you want, focussing your intention is a great first step to manifesting that dream into reality. Crystals are a really effective tool for doing this, as each one is already associated with certain properties / meanings, making it easy to then apply as your designated ‘goal talisman’.
Choose a crystal that is connected to your specific goal (for example rose quartz for matters of the heart, or amethyst for freeing yourself from unhealthy attachments). Then, in a calm and quiet space, sit with that crystal in your hands and take some deep breaths, clearing your mind with each inhale and exhale. With your eyes closed, start to visualise yourself having already achieved your goal, feeling the emotions of gratitude and positivity that come with that achievement. Allow those positive feelings to flow through your whole body, down from your head, through your arms and hands and into the crystal. Imagine that crystal glowing, radiating coloured light and bursting with all that positive energy and intention.
Now place the crystal in a prominent position, ideally somewhere related to your goal or by your bed so that you see it every morning and evening. For an extra boost, take 5 minutes to sit with your crystal before you are about to do anything connected to your goal. The crystal will continue to emit all those positive vibes and encourage you to stay focussed on your journey towards success.
