Refunds & Returns
If you would like to return an item please do so within 21 days of purchase. Items received after 21 days will not be refunded. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and in original packaging, and must include proof of purchase.
Once we have received the item and it has been inspected, you will be notified by email about whether the return has been accepted and a refund issued. Please ensure you keep a proof of postage receipt as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
Returns postage is at the sender’s own cost. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Only full price items are refundable. Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment card, please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of refund confirmation for the funds to appear. If you still have not received the funds after 10 working days, please check with your bank / card provider first before contacting us.
